Re: 2016-05-07 snapshot
Ever since this snapshot I get random frame freezes, it freezes for about a second or two.
I run my graphics lower than 90% of the community already, I can not go any lower, it happens in all scenarios of racing, singleplayer, multiplayer, multiple opponents, etc.
Not sure what has caused this but it is becoming very frustrating, happens once - twice per two laps.

Re: 2016-05-07 snapshot
Same.. even with threaded optimization turned off, I'm still having frame skips.

Re: 2016-05-07 snapshot
Nvidia threaded optimizations would have been my guess. If you have it set per-app the old setting might not be affecting the snapshot exe.

Re: 2016-05-07 snapshot
Nahhh threaded optimization didnt do anything for me. I have to run my computer on potato graphics for it to not crap itself on this snapshot.

Re: 2016-05-07 snapshot
The only changes in this version were for proportional axis detection. Shouldn't have affected framerates. Have you tested the previous version against this one to confirm it only happens with this exe?

Re: 2016-05-07 snapshot
Yeah I have checked on Hangtown, I can't check on Glen Helen since it's flat when you revert to 02 snapshot. But yes for some reason with this snap it is running bad, random giant fps drops (consistent 125fps to a quick 8 fps). The game will get quick little glitches and also random quick freezes that make me go wide open. Several others mentioned similar problems. I've tested all settings in control panel with no luck. Now I don't know if Glen Helen is insanely more demanding but the only way I've been able to not get these problems is turning everything from max (which runs fine on all other tracks) to like middle settings (5's).

I am having the same problems, I run all my settings as low as you can possibly go and I get frame freezes

Re: 2016-05-07 snapshot
sorry for triple post but this needs to be fixed urgently, I keep freezing then the bike wont move even if I shift gears... Something has gone wrong in this snapshot some where.
