had a really nice render set up, rider was perfect, went to render and the armature had a mind of its own and completely moved to another position.

It's not really something that can be taught it something you have to practice really, best way i found is get a real life image a replicate that then you will know what looks right and wrong

Sometimes that doesn't work. You start to get the rider mesh pushing and pulling and tearing and it looks super weird.
