Welcome to the 2023 IFMX Freestyle Championship!
Bringing in a bit of fun between the races, I'm bringing this FMX series
Obviously since everything is made by me (plus palm on environment stuff) and I'll be hosting, I am not competing but judging
Schedule:
Round 1: Mexicali, Mexico | May 4
Round 2: Temecula, California, USA | May 18
Round 3: Christchurch, New Zealand | June 1
Round 4: Whistler, BC, Canada | June 15
Round 5: Carrera, Italy | June 29
Tracks will be released 2 weeks prior to competition
Qualifying:
Sign ups will be posted to MXSLobby alongside track drops on the forums
Round 1
- Open sign ups, 1 run 45 seconds, top 12 taken
Rounds 2-5
- Open sign ups, 1 run 45 seconds, top 4 taken
- 8 riders prequalify to semi-finals based off points
Format:
5:30pm PST Qualifying Round see above
6:15pm PST Semi-Finals - 4 groups of 3, Best run of 2 60 seconds, winner advances
7:00pm PST Final - Top 4, Best of 3 runs 90 seconds
-Riders will be told running order prior to grouping

Judging:
Runs will be evaluated off of trick difficulty, flow, execution, and course use, and scored on a 100 point scale
Crashing does NOT end your run but will impact score, don't give up!

1st - 15 | 2nd - 12 | 3rd - 10
4th - 8 | 5th - 7 | 6th - 6
7th - 5 | 8th - 4 | 9th - 2
10th - 2 | 11th - 1 | 12th - 1
