Few Suggestion (i think some ppl have sayd these allready)

1. Own folders for : Tracks, Bikes, gear/helmets and Screenshots... would Be easyer to find something and also to get the screens out from the 100+ different files in the personal folder.

2. Drop down menus for Bike, Gear and helmet!

3. The possibility to Raise the camera and lower it by some buttons (like is that vertical? and horizontal is good too)
in the replay mode.

what about 2 buttons to move the riders head either left or right. I was playing online and got broadsided at the start... if we could move the riders head like 45 degrees left and right, I think with would help out alot on starts and coming into lines..

Would it be possible for you to make the rider ride on his toes JLV?I just think it would look better and make it more real.It would also look really good on Gio's boots I just saw in the upcoming skins(I think) thread.

I think if that happened the whole rider bone structure and positioning should be redone, it really needs it imo.

The ability to tile texs with overhanging uv layouts.

In blender it tiles it, in game it stretches the hell out of the overhanging areas. Also, double sided, although it isn't any different optimization wise than just duplicating faces, is way more model savvy.

i think this option would be really cool, but you will need to be signed up to foeums to do it.

have an option for server 00:
and have on your profile, how many 1st, 2nds, 3rds, up to 11th places you got on that server.

and have it so you can see it, on the little side tab thing on the right. but maybe on there only have 1sts, 2nds and 3rds.

thanks, anyone agree? :D

Can we get the rider to keep his head above the handlebars? I was just watching some of the videos for MX vs ATV and this stands out as the one thing that makes the MXS rider look so stiff and fake.

I mean like when he goes up hills, or down hills he stays in the same position on the bike, he doesn't naturally lean forwards or backwards like we would. I'm not sure how exactly the best way to fix it would be. It almost seems that a reworking of the leaning system is in order, where we would control more at the shoulders and less at the hips. Right now his body position is almost always the same, and is a dead giveaway that we're playing a game.

Just watch the 3rd person videos of the MX vs ATV rider hitting jumps and you'll see what I mean about him looking natural.

I was gonna post something about this also. I would like the rider to ride more loose.

The looks were in need of a serious upgrade though, and what has been released has finally brought it to an acceptable level. And besides, gameplay has been the focus for the 3 previous major updates before shaders (rider lean, multiplayer, viscous friction).

On the topic of major updates, whats the next 'big thing' you plan on adding to the game? I know you planned on making stuff that uses the shaders and friction, as well as fixing up the FBO code and adding rider shadows, but any ideas to what you may do after that? I can't think of anything you may do, other than ragdoll physics, or playing with sounds again
